Anforderungen
- Proven experience in groups & events sales, hotel sales, reservations, or event management (hospitality preferred)
- Strong commercial mindset for business development and revenue maximization
- Client relationship management experience (corporate, event planners, key accounts)
- Ability to handle complex bookings and high-value events
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills for multi-tasking
- Ability to collaborate with various hotel teams
- Experience with CRM, event sales, or hotel systems (Opera a plus)
- Fluent written and spoken German and English (Dutch a plus)
- Proactive, target-driven, solution-oriented, independent, and collaborative mindset
Aufgaben
- Identify, qualify, and convert new group and event business.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations for hotel promotion.
- Perform site inspections for hotel promotion.
- Prepare proposals.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Manage event documentation.
- Serve as the primary client contact.
- Ensure smooth client communication and service delivery.
- Collaborate with hotel teams, revenue management, and marketing.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales systems.
