- •7+ years commercial biotech or pharmaceutical sales experience
- •Track record in rare disease, neurology, or SMA/specialty care
- •Experience with KOLs, hospital structures, and patient pathways
- •Experience developing German rare disease/SMA ecosystem
- •Success in product launches and Market Access activities (plus)

- •Manage complex sales cycles in academic environments
- •Provide expertise on national and regional market access
- •Raise awareness for SMA diagnostic pathways and treatments
- •Develop trusted relationships with neuromuscular KOLs and pharmacists
- •Represent the organization at congresses and scientific meetings
- •Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Patient Support
- •Communicate market insights and customer feedback to leadership
- •Comply with German regulatory standards and promotional codes
- •Maintain transparent and ethical interactions with HCPs
