- Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple roles
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of German language on native or near native level
Aufgaben
- Manage full recruitment cycle
- Seek top applicants globally
- Qualify candidates with Business Developers
- Pre-screen candidates for shortlists
- Conduct interviews via phone, in-person, or Teams
- Negotiate contractual conditions
- Maintain candidate database and administration
- Explore new applicant attraction methods
- Maintain open application pipeline
- Participate in marketing events and conferences
- Support other projects as needed
