Aufgaben

• •Support fund and portfolio managers with strategic investment analysis
• •Assist with reporting to the Investment Committee and investors
• •Screen the market for new investment and development opportunities
• •Manage financial modeling and prepare client presentations
• •Coordinate transaction processes and assist in deal structuring
• •Participate in commercial, ESG, legal, and tax due diligence
• •Prepare quarterly investor reports and explain performance variances
• •Review property valuations and manage data collection
• •Ensure the reliability of property management data
• •Maintain and apply deep local market knowledge
