Aufgaben
- Support fund and portfolio managers with strategic investment analysis
- Assist with reporting to the Investment Committee and investors
- Screen the market for new investment and development opportunities
- Manage financial modeling and prepare client presentations
- Coordinate transaction processes and assist in deal structuring
- Participate in commercial, ESG, legal, and tax due diligence
- Prepare quarterly investor reports and explain performance variances
- Review property valuations and manage data collection
- Ensure the reliability of property management data
- Maintain and apply deep local market knowledge
