In this role, you will work independently within the Asset Management team, focusing on maximizing property values through strategic initiatives, managing leasing concepts, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive success.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in real estate management or additional real estate qualification
• •Several years of experience in asset management
• •Experience in managing leasing processes
• •Knowledge of different asset classes
• •Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
• •Willingness to work in an international organization
• •Excellent communication, negotiation, and management skills
• •Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
• •Conflict resolution and decision-making skills
• •Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• •Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
• •Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• •Ability to work independently on assigned projects
• •Experience in supervision of external service providers
• •Data analysis and cashflow modelling skills
• •Knowledge of the German real estate market
• •Established network of contacts in the real estate market
• •Current employment with an internationally oriented real estate company

Aufgaben

• •Maximize property values through value enhancement initiatives
• •Participate in acquisition reviews and due diligence decisions
• •Prepare and monitor annual business plans and profitability analyses
• •Develop and implement leasing concepts and negotiate contracts
• •Manage external service providers and collaborate with local authorities
• •Prepare and present annual business plans and quarterly reports
• •Build relationships with internal teams and external partners
• •Provide guidance and training to junior staff
