In this role, you will work independently within the Asset Management team, focusing on maximizing property values through strategic initiatives, collaboration with various teams, and guiding junior staff. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing business plans, negotiating leases, and engaging with external partners.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in real estate management or additional real estate qualification
• •Several years of experience in asset management
• •Experience in managing leasing processes
• •Knowledge of different asset classes
• •Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
• •Willingness to work in an international organization
• •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• •Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
• •Conflict resolution and decision-making skills
• •Proficient in MS Office applications
• •Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
• •Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• •Experience in supervision of external service providers

• •Knowledge of the German real estate market
• •Established network of contacts in the market
• •Current employment with an international real estate company

Aufgaben

• •Maximize assets through value enhancement initiatives
• •Participate in acquisition reviews and due diligence decisions
• •Prepare and monitor annual business plans and profitability analyses
• •Develop and implement leasing concepts and negotiate contracts
• •Select and manage external service providers
• •Collaborate with local administrations to obtain renovation permits
• •Prepare and present annual business plans and quarterly reports
• •Build relationships with internal teams and external partners
• •Provide guidance and training to junior staff
