Aufgaben
- Maximize assets through value enhancement initiatives
- Participate in acquisition reviews and due diligence decisions
- Prepare and monitor annual business plans and profitability analyses
- Develop and implement leasing concepts and negotiate contracts
- Select and manage external service providers
- Collaborate with local administrations to obtain renovation permits
- Prepare and present annual business plans and quarterly reports
- Build relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff
