- •University degree in real estate management or additional real estate qualification
- •Several years of experience in asset management
- •Experience in managing leasing processes
- •Knowledge of different asset classes
- •Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
- •Willingness to work in an international organization
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- •Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
- •Conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- •Proficient in MS Office applications
- •Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
- •Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- •Ability to work independently on projects
- •Experience in supervision of external service providers
- •Data analysis and cashflow modelling skills
- •Knowledge of the German real estate market
- •Established network of contacts in the market
- •Current employment with an international real estate company

- •Collaborate with local administrations to obtain renovation permits
- •Prepare and present annual business plans and quarterly reports
- •Build relationships with internal teams and external partners
- •Provide guidance and training to junior staff
