Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; additional certifications or quality-related training are an advantage
- Extensive practical experience in quality management, preferably in corporate or multi-site environment
- Strong knowledge of product quality management across product lifecycle, ideally in development and industrial contexts
- Excellent communication skills to convey quality requirements, standards, and training content across global teams
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to influence, support, and challenge stakeholders across functions and regions
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis for fact-based decisions
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in fast-paced environment, with high attention to detail
