- At least 5 years of professional experience in automotive quality management
- Good knowledge of MS Office programmes and SAP
- Product know-how about air springs, elastomer processing, and automotive core tools
- Good technical problem-solving skills
- Confident communication in German and English
- Good moderation skills
Aufgaben
- Monitor and analyze product quality
- Handle defects and reduce scrap
- Initiate corrective and immediate actions
- Conduct data analyses on quality metrics
- Prepare reports to support quality control
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to analyze root causes
- Identify errors and develop improvement measures
- Ensure compliant handling of suspect materials
- Maintain traceability and adherence to quality standards
- Create and update production documents
- Control the Production Control Plan and Operational Process Instructions
- Communicate with process engineering
- Train and support employees on quality requirements
- Evaluate and improve processes using statistical methods
- Support process changes and initiate continuous improvement measures
