- Strong communication skills for conveying quality policies, procedures, and training content across international organizations
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with ability to influence and challenge across functions and regions
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and experience in data analysis for fact-based improvements
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in dynamic, international environment with high attention to detail
