Anforderungen
- At least 5 years of quality assurance experience in aerospace, defence, or regulated industry
- Solid working knowledge of EN 9100 (incl. ISO 9001); familiarity with AQAP 2110/2210/2310 is a strong advantage
- Experience with development assurance in software-intensive environments
- Hands-on experience conducting audits and working with quality plans
- Precision and confidence in English and German (written and spoken)
- Comfortable engaging with multicultural teams and formal interfaces
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and navigating ambiguity
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Approach problems with rigour and pragmatism
- University degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Encouraged to apply even if not meeting all qualifications
Aufgaben
- Maintain and improve QMS to meet EN 9100 and AQAP standards
- Work with process owners to ensure QMS coherence and evolution
- Monitor quality data to identify trends and drive improvements
- Plan and conduct internal QMS audits
- Support third-party certification and customer audits
- Act as Quality Assurance Engineer on programmes
- Engage in contract requirements development
- Coordinate and sign off quality plans
- Oversee quality-compliant execution through gate reviews and project audits
- Provide development assurance expertise for software-intensive programmes
- Ensure software quality requirements are correctly interpreted and embedded
- Verify software quality at each development stage
- Liaise with process owners, project teams, and external stakeholders
- Represent Quality function at formal customer interfaces
