Anforderungen
- Professional education in electronics, mechanics, or mechatronics
- Minimum 5 years quality assurance experience in electronics, machinery, plant engineering, automotive, or aerospace
- Applied and proven experience on inspection methods (GVI / DVI) or test/measurement equipment
- Good understanding of special processes (advantageous)
- Capability to read, understand, and apply technical documents (Engineering drawings, Inspection procedures, industry Norms)
- Experience maintaining IT Software applications like MS Office, QA SW
- SAP experience (advantageous)
- Independent and team work capability
- Ability to assert oneself and respect other positions
- Process oriented attitude and mindset
- Flexibility and creativity to achieve goals
- Good communication skills in English
- German language skills (advantageous)
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Willingness for business travels
- Encouraged to apply even if not all qualifications are met
Aufgaben
- Conduct quality inspections based on specifications
- Ensure conformity documentation for build compliance
- Manage reporting of non-conform material
- Handle and label non-conform material
- Drive root cause corrective actions and improvements
- Oversee and control blocked and quarantined material
- Manage scrap control
- Maintain Quality Assurance plans
- Consult and support the production team on Quality Assurance
- Contribute to APQP processes (xFMEA, CP, MSA, etc.)
- Own allocated APQP elements
- Support KPI development, monitoring, and review
- Ensure process compliance with internal QMS, EN9100, and other standards
