- Thorough understanding of spare-parts / aftermarket lifecycle
- Thorough understanding of P&L statements
- Thorough understanding of business cases
- Thorough understanding of OEM quotes/contracts
- Ability to drive contract renegotiation with commercial discipline
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong stakeholder-management skills
- Proven ability to renegotiate long-term supply agreements
- Experience developing commercial growth strategy
- Experience executing commercial growth strategy
- Experience developing channel growth strategy
- Experience executing channel growth strategy
- Experience in Independent Aftermarket (IAM)
- Experience with aftermarket channels (DIFM/DIY, distribution platforms)
- CRM build-up experience
- Familiarity with reman business models
- Familiarity with retrofit business models
- Technical understanding of automotive HW systems
- Technical understanding of automotive SW systems
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestic and international
- Willingness to work in office, manufacturing facility or client-site

- Renegotiate spare-parts supply contracts with OEMs
- Embed annual price escalation from end-of-production
- Move pricing to transparent calculation methodology
- Reflect rising costs and declining volumes
- Transfer obsolescence and long-term supply risk to customers
- Apply exit clauses in structural loss situations
- Agree on tiered hardship procedures with CAMs
- Establish PTN-triggered renegotiation process
- Secure +$13M pricing margin uplift
- Build Aftermarket CRM and pipeline
- Develop commercial ways-of-working
- Scale sales channels via IAM partners
- Expand retrofit, used, and reman offerings
- Develop winning value propositions
- Deliver +$30–40M channel expansion
- Achieve +$60–80M product expansion
- Use insights to steer pursuit strategy
- Improve win probability with market and competitive insights
