- Control project health by managing risk, time, budget, and quality
- Collect and report KPIs to ensure project transparency
- Develop and update project planning continuously
- Mitigate risks with the production team
- Schedule, moderate, and evaluate project ceremonies
- Lead and motivate the team through all project phases
- Ensure timely execution of all project phases from conception to support
- Enhance project management processes and implement best practices
- Create and update project plans and assess their feasibility
- Maintain awareness of budget, time, and resources in product development
- Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Implement and improve project management methods
- Track project progress and objectives to ensure timely completion
