As a Senior Game Producer, you will lead cross-functional teams to create innovative gaming experiences. This role involves driving project vision, managing communication, and overcoming challenges to ensure successful product delivery while keeping player focus at the forefront.

• •Own and plan multiple game projects
• •Drive project vision and serve as a product knowledge base for the team
• •Embrace project constraints to achieve optimal outcomes
• •Build feature roadmaps and identify critical path issues
• •Remove roadblocks that threaten development progress
• •Manage internal and external communication across teams and studios
• •Foster a proactive and constructive team environment
• •Ship at least two projects as a Game Producer or in a similar role
• •Earn the confidence of team members, clients, and C-Level executives
• •Communicate effectively about art, design, and software
• •Stay motivated by shipping outstanding products
• •Make player-focused decisions based on a love for games
• •Base decisions on facts and a clear vision
• •Utilize Jira and Confluence for project management
• •Demonstrate excellent skills in MS Excel and other MS products
• •Apply knowledge of Scrum methodology
