- Drive efficiency initiatives to streamline technical processes
- Manage multiple IT operations and customer projects
- Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and quality standards
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Optimize customer experience and operational efficiency
- Lead meetings with IT teams, stakeholders, and customers
- Provide reports and metrics on project and operational success
- Act as primary incident manager during critical incidents
- Ensure rapid response, resolution, and communication
- Initiate and execute IT projects focused on customer-centric objectives
- Engage effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Demonstrate accountability and alignment with company goals
- Apply analytical thinking to solve complex IT challenges
- Show adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture
