- Establish trusted advisor relationships with strategic customers
- Manage executive-level stakeholders
- Drive governance process with stakeholders
- Complete 12-month structured academy program
- Participate in classroom learning and simulations
- Engage in real-customer scenarios
- Deliver outcomes for sub-projects
- Work independently within defined policies
- Contribute to key milestones
- Collaborate effectively while managing work independently
- Provide clear status updates
- Apply strong technical competence
- Enhance existing systems and processes
- Build collaborative relationships
- Communicate clearly and constructively
- Drive project implementation
- Lead all project lifecycle phases
