- Shape organizational structures, methods, and digital governance
- Ensure optimal activity distribution across H2R towers
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
- Strengthen delivery and process excellence
- Maintain strong project governance
- Contribute to strategic GBS initiatives
- Transform processes for the future
- Lead strategic, tactical, and organizational priority projects
- Focus on Payroll and Time management projects
- Promote agile ways of working (Scrum, Lean)
- Support transformation toward an agile GBS organization
- Establish PMO standards, methods, and governance frameworks
- Ensure consistent project execution across GBS PM H2R
- Follow the official project framework (GBS united)
- Optimize end-to-end GBS processes through continuous improvement
- Ensure efficiency, standardization, and scalability of processes
- Define and implement process frameworks, workflows, and governance models
- Align process frameworks with organizational goals
- Support assessment and preparation of decision papers
- Support assessment and preparation of value cases
