Anforderungen
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration/Economics or equivalent
- Effective English working ability and some French knowledge
- Proven experience in budget controlling, project planning and control
- Managing resource allocation, preferably in engineering environment
- Proven knowledge and practice of ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access)
- Knowledge on Power BI and similar reporting tools (advantageous)

Aufgaben
- Prepare sketch and draft budgets
- Coordinate long-term financial planning
- Plan necessary procurements
- Set milestones
- Consolidate and report financial data
- Set up cost-at-completion calculations
- Maintain cost-at-completion calculations
- Support SAF team with operational tasks
- Support SAF team with administrative tasks
- Monitor yearly budget implementation
- Verify procurements against approved budgets
- Process invoices
- Handle complex procurements
- Anticipate major deviations for year-end closure
- Perform cost and schedule analyses
- Establish cost scenarios
- Support cost estimations for major projects
- Define progress reporting to management
- Implement progress reporting
- Analyze relevant indicators
- Assess deviations and trends
- Deputise for Lead Project Controller
- Support Project Planning and Control Competence Area Manager
- Contribute to process harmonisation
- Improve project planning and control standards
- Enhance project planning and control methodologies
- Optimize working practices and tools
