- Many years (>10) practical experience in project management of complex projects, preferably in mission operations and associated satellite and ground infrastructure
- Experience in multidisciplinary environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Efficient, structured, and results-oriented working method
- High level of responsibility
- Flexibility, resilience, and decisiveness under time pressure
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP)
- Willingness for occasional business trips
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
Aufgaben
- Lead complex, strategically important projects
- Manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee subcontractors
- Contribute to proposal preparation
- Support negotiations on workshare and costs
- Develop and execute project plans
- Ensure timely project completion
- Plan project time, quality, resources, and budget
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Align technical and organizational objectives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct project reviews
- Document project progress
- Monitor project status
- Take corrective action for deviations
- Create and maintain project management processes
