- Experience managing complex international projects
- Experience in regulatory environment for compliance, safety, certification
- Knowledge of project management toolkit
- Quick grasp of technical/managerial problems and sound trade-offs
- Reliable coordinator, confident demeanor, motivated team
- Willingness to travel internationally
- English fluency
- German language skills
- Technical expertise in aerospace, rocket launch systems, ground infrastructure
- Project management certification: PMI-PMP, PRINCE2, PMQ, IPMA or similar
Aufgaben
- Manage multidisciplinary, cross-functional project team
- Coordinate with international internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiate and set up contracts
- Report project status to management
- Identify and mitigate technical, financial, and operational risks
- Collaborate with rocket systems teams
- Establish new sites for Isar Aerospace
- Set up and improve workflows and processes
- Work with team managers across departments
