- Supporting customers through business transformations (OCM)
- Strong financial acumen, program budgeting, forecasting, value realization
- Excellent communication, negotiation, executive stakeholder management
- Project Management certification (PMI – PgMP, MSP, or equivalent)
- Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience is a plus
Aufgaben
- Set strategic direction for complex programs
- Align programs with business goals and customer value
- Oversee Program Managers and Project Managers
- Ensure consistent delivery with standards and best practices
- Implement robust risk, change, resource, and financial management processes
- Build strong relationships with executives, partners, and customers
- Provide executive-level updates and act as a trusted advisor
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
- Assess and develop team skills for success
- Collaborate with Customer Success for measurable outcomes
- Establish comprehensive Program Governance
- Support pre-sales by shaping solutions and proposals
- Assess delivery risks for large opportunities
- Lead program structure and governance efforts
- Champion AI-driven delivery methodologies
