- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills and project management and organizational skills
- Experience with event management and educational program coordination
- High proficiency in MS Office and common digital education tools (e.g., webinar platforms, audience interaction tools)

Aufgaben
- Drive and shape professional education initiatives in EMEA
- Develop, implement, and steer the regional Professional Education strategy
- Translate strategic objectives into measurable education initiatives
- Track KPIs and continuously optimize education initiatives
- Align educational activities with customer needs and business objectives
- Support product launches with educational concepts
- Select reference sites for product launches
- Deliver training programs for product launches
- Create and enhance clinically relevant training content
- Develop compliant learning formats
- Plan international training formats
- Execute international training formats
- Evaluate international training formats
- Build and maintain a network of Key Opinion Leaders
- Manage collaborations with KOLs and partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with global teams
- Ensure efficient education processes
- Manage budget responsibilities for education
- Drive development of education standards and SOPs
- Develop sustainable education offerings
