Aufgaben
- Support product and workflow management in refractive laser technology
- Collaborate with product managers on innovation and product development projects
- Learn and apply usability engineering methods for medical devices
- Participate in user research activities, including interviews and customer meetings
- Evaluate data from user research activities
- Present work and research results to the team clearly and convincingly
- Assist in creating and revising business and marketing plans, including presentations and graphics
- Conduct independent competitive research and prepare results
- Assist in creating sales information for products
- Provide administrative support, including preparing workshops and managing customer contracts
- Work independently within a dynamic and supportive team
