- Manage a team of product managers
- Support functions and external partners
- Manage interfaces and stakeholders within the product group
- Drive the overall REF product roadmap
- Derive product requirements with the team
- Initiate product development projects according to the ZEISS process
- Collaborate with project teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Participate in global market launch activities
- Ensure successful market performance of products within the corneal refractive workflow strategy
