Anforderungen
- Ability to understand complex matters in customs and export processes
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further education in export and customs
- Many years of experience in import, export, and customs
- Profound expertise in customs law, export control law, and preferential law
- Comprehensive knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulations
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work with an international team
Aufgaben
- Ensure legal compliance for export, import, and customs matters
- Advise all departments on customs and export-related topics
- Monitor compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations
- Coordinate and manage export-import processes
- Review and optimize existing approvals and certificates
- Oversee preferential rights at PI Karlsruhe, PImicos, and PIC
- Review export transactions requiring permission and submit BAFA applications
- Monitor changes in legal export regulations and support implementation
- Revise documentation and check processes and contracts
- Develop guidelines and procedures, and conduct training sessions
