Anforderungen
- University degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Life Sciences or comparable
- In-depth knowledge of GMP and ICH guidelines
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience
- Solid experience in commercial manufacturing, deviation/change control management, or process validation
- Experience with sterile products and/or injectables manufacturing
- Experience working with CMOs and external manufacturing partners
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in international environment
- Knowledge of Asian regulatory and GMP requirements (Japan, South Korea, China) is advantageous
Aufgaben
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for drug product manufacturing
- Manage and coordinate interactions with Contract Manufacturing Organizations
- Review manufacturing documentation and ensure GMP compliance
- Manage production deviations, change controls, and risk assessments
- Support process validation and continuous improvement
- Review, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes
- Implement changes from updated GMP requirements
- Provide production SME support to licensees
- Organize and execute manufacturing process transfers
- Cooperate with Regulatory Affairs team
- Provide technical input for regulatory documentation
- Support GMP audits and inspections
