Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related
- Master’s Degree or advanced graduate-level degree in related field
- Minimum 5 years professional experience and proven track record of projects led within international, cross-functional teams
- Proven understanding of engineering principles and passion for technical/scientific writing and documentation, and working with new materials, manufacturing processes, and test methodologies
- Previous knowledge or experience with aseptic pharmaceutical processing
- Technical project leadership experience
- Excellent English knowledge written and spoken

- Strong written/verbal communication skills for effective work in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams

- Plan, organize, execute, and lead packaging projects
- Drive technical solutions for sterilizable packaging
- Work with cross-functional development teams
- Develop and improve packaging systems with strategic suppliers
- Act as a subject matter expert for component packaging
- Work in multidisciplinary and international groups
- Drive technical decisions to support business objectives
- Develop packaging critical to product integrity
- Support supply chain and operations in sustaining commercial packaging
- Serve as technical packaging lead for R&D efforts
- Engage with cross-functional teams to develop new packaging solutions
- Develop innovative packaging solutions to support business growth
- Create and maintain packaging elements for Design History File
- Support customers and suppliers in developing new packaging solutions
- Coordinate packaging testing activities for engineering studies
- Deliver technical reports, executive summaries, and presentations
- Identify and drive continuous improvement efforts within the packaging group
