- Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting data discrepancies
- Strong functional knowledge of quota setting and compensation management
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Certified Anaplan Administrator, Solution Architect, or Master Anaplanner
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
- Background in multinational corporations with complex planning needs
Aufgaben
- Own the roadmap for Anaplan commercial planning use cases
- Align priorities with strategic goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features
- Translate business needs into scalable Anaplan model designs
- Manage the delivery lifecycle, including backlog grooming and sprint planning
- Ensure smooth change management and communication
- Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance in all models
- Manage data flows with integration teams and systems like Snowflake and Salesforce
- Create documentation and training for users
- Run enablement sessions and monitor platform adoption
- Stay updated on the latest Anaplan features
- Provide thought leadership on Anaplan Center of Excellence practices
