- Experience with ServiceMax (Desirable)
- Product-mindset approach with product ownership
- German language skills

- Bridge business and IT objectives
- Identify technology-driven process enhancements
- Define and deliver organizational capabilities
- Translate business needs into functional requirements
- Support development and testing activities
- Ensure solutions meet compliance and performance standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams
- Manage regional and country-specific initiatives
- Document user stories and business processes
- Promote standardization across lines of business
- Triage requests and set delivery expectations
- Provide production support for Service systems
- Contribute to cross-functional technical integrations
- Leverage out-of-the-box functionality and templates
- Define test strategies and success criteria
- Create test plans and document cases
- Participate in integration and acceptance testing
- Uphold governance and quality standards
- Coordinate deployment communication and training
