- Define success metrics and monitor organizational progress
- Synthesize insights to inform executive decision-making
- Develop frameworks for consistent execution at scale
- Create quarterly business reviews and executive dashboards
- Orchestrate enterprise-scale programs and global rollouts
- Manage dependencies and milestones for acquisitions and integrations
