- Maximize value delivered by your agile team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand vision and roadmap
- Translate features into well-defined stories
- Ensure successful story delivery within PIs
- Strongly influence technical roadmap development
- Translate product features into detailed technical user stories
- Create and maintain the product backlog
- Prioritize the product backlog
- Structure backlog into incremental releases
- Define functional and non-functional acceptance criteria
- Ensure product testability
- Provide transparency on scope, status, risks, dependencies
- Coordinate with other Product Owners on integration points
- Ensure product and release coherence
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies
- Track sprint progress
- Address production issues during sprints
- Analyze internal stakeholder preferences and requests
