- Maintain a responsive roadmap
- Innovate compliance automation for EU and country codes
- Serve as main contact between engineering, compliance, brokers, and customers
- Build relationships with customs authorities
- Support sales and implementation
- Gather and analyze stakeholder input
- Translate customs rules into specs and user stories
- Ensure accurate localization
- Validate compliance of product
- Represent customers in development
- Resolve escalated issues
- Gather customer feedback
