- Develop payment orchestration capabilities
- Create standardized, scalable payment APIs and services
- Monitor and improve customer payment journeys
- Optimize key KPIs and conversion rates
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, business, and compliance teams
- Ensure accurate requirements and prioritization
- Align with regulatory standards
- Coordinate payment roadmap delivery with other Product Managers
- Specify and monitor non-functional requirements
- Ensure reliability, latency, fraud-related KPIs, and transaction success
- Conduct UAT and sign off
- Ensure quality, compliance, and operational readiness
