- Strong knowledge of electrolyzer technologies and hydrogen systems
- Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and value propositions for complex industrial products
- Strong business mindset with experience in market analysis, customer requirements, and TCO/business case evaluation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluent English, knowledge of German or other languages is a plus
Aufgaben
- Own end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle
- Align product roadmap with business and growth objectives
- Translate market, customer, and regulatory insights into product requirements
- Prioritize development initiatives
- Interface with engineering, R&D, sales, operations, and executive management
- Drive product decisions based on performance, cost, and functionality
- Develop product positioning and value propositions
- Create go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with commercial and sales teams on customer documentation
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
- Steer continuous improvement and portfolio optimization
