- Shape global portfolio strategy using market trends
- Identify business opportunities and build strategic cases
- Initiate innovation through development and product improvements
- Define design inputs and steer lifecycle management
- Manage product launches and global launch strategies
- Coordinate rollouts and approve POFs with regions
- Provide expert application support to global regions
- Create marketing materials and product information packages
- Lead cost-reduction and redesign-to-cost initiatives
- Manage product phase-ins and phase-outs with production
