- Advanced training, certifications, and experience in Project Management and PMO
- Solid expertise in EPC project execution, contract management, claims management, project controlling, risk management
- Exceptional organizational, coordination, communication, leadership skills
- Strong assertiveness, negotiation skills, high interpersonal competence
- High resilience, strong decision-making ability, strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Business-fluent communication skills at executive level
- Excellent English command and MS Office proficiency
Aufgaben
- Oversee large-scale international project portfolio execution
- Ensure successful implementation of complex, parallel projects
- Manage commercial and operational execution from contract to final acceptance
- Lead and develop scalable project execution organization
- Implement best practices, governance, and KPI systems
- Standardize project management processes, tools, and methodologies
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Executive Management
- Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Manage risks, opportunities, claims, and contract performance
- Handle complex contractual structures and agreements
- Manage critical project deviations and escalations
- Build long-term executive-level customer relationships
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to project team
- Foster performance-oriented international project culture
- Coach and develop Project Managers for large-scale projects
- Plan and manage resources across project portfolio
- Establish organizational structures for company growth
