- Coordinate requirements and timelines with external partners
- Resolve operational issues with technology suppliers
- Manage dependencies and impediments within the ART
- Inform stakeholders about progress and risks
- Contribute to PI Planning and system demos
- Monitor operational quality and connectivity health
- Prioritize and deliver necessary corrective actions
- Align scope and timing with other Product Owners
- Optimize team flow and delivery efficiency
