Aufgaben

• Lead the Vehicle Product Management team
• Own end-to-end product definition and delivery
• Shape the autonomous vehicle platform strategy
• Translate strategy into a clear product vision
• Maintain and communicate vehicle product requirements
• Manage priorities and product trade-offs
• Interface with external vehicle developers and OEMs
• Represent MOIA's vision to ADS providers
• Align vehicle, autonomy, and fleet operations teams
• Ensure delivery readiness for city launches
• Steer major product decisions and change requests
• Improve governance and product board documentation
• Negotiate contracts with vehicle suppliers and partners
• Define scope of work and KPIs
• Manage development costs and CapEx investments
• Track budgets and provide early warnings
• Investigate cost, schedule, and quality deviations
• Resolve conflicts with internal technical teams
• Define and execute mitigation measures
• Manage stakeholders across leadership and shareholder committees
• Tailor communication for technical and board-level audiences
• Coach and grow a high-performing team
• Set goals and develop internal talent
