Aufgaben
- Lead product management for Tech and Hardware
- Own the Safe AV vision and roadmap
- Steer delivery for safety-critical vehicle systems
- Translate operational needs into system-level definitions
- Drive cross-functional delivery with engineering and suppliers
- Define multiyear product visions for Safe AV
- Balance safety, regulatory readiness, and operational availability
- Translate ODD-specific needs into system requirements
- Define acceptance criteria for vehicle integrations
- Maintain configuration and variant strategies for hardware
- Manage hardware transitions from prototypes to scale
- Define requirements and KPIs for redundancy concepts
- Manage product definitions for actuation and E/E hosting
- Oversee power, thermal, and safety-critical HMI components
- Run product change control boards and decision logs
- Manage escalation paths across workstreams and suppliers
- Steer major product decisions and change requests
- Ensure phasegate readiness and industrialization maturity
- Manage hardware from specification to series introduction
- Track schedule, quality, and performance metrics
- Surface deviations early and drive mitigations
- Coordinate safety case closure with engineering teams
- Align with homologation and regulatory stakeholders
- Co-lead supplier selection for Safe AV hardware
- Negotiate technical KPIs and delivery milestones
- Manage supplier change mechanisms and acceptance criteria
- Align supplier roadmaps with fleet reliability targets
- Lead and grow the Tech and Hardware PM team
- Build a culture of technical depth and clarity
- Coach PMs on requirements and safety mindset
