- Translate customer feedback into concrete improvements
- Develop cross-product customer journeys for outstanding experiences
- Advocate for the end-customer target group
- Collaborate with Product Owners to embed user perspectives
- Measure and report customer satisfaction transparently
- Plan and coordinate product launches and releases
- Act as central point of contact for country organizations
