- 5+ years of experience in export finance, structured trade, project finance, or corporate banking
- Proven experience with ECAs and agency-backed financing structures
- Knowledge of other Trade Finance products and working experience with DFI desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or related
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Formal education on business analytics or programming languages preferred
- In-depth knowledge of ECA products
- Familiarity with loan documentation (LMA standards preferred)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Flexibility and cross-cultural awareness
- High motivation, proactivity and business origination skills
Aufgaben
- Identify and originate ECA-backed and agency financing opportunities
- Negotiate term sheets and prepare credit memos
- Contribute to business strategy and product innovation
- Track market trends and regulatory developments
- Develop relationships with corporate clients and financial institutions
- Build relationships with export credit agencies and multilateral institutions
- Support end-to-end execution of complex transactions
- Work with risk, legal, and compliance teams
- Act as key point of contact for clients and ECAs
- Monitor portfolio performance
- Manage ongoing client relationships
- Mentor junior team members and analysts
