Aufgaben
- Understand and break down product decisions into logical chunks
- Identify and remove roadblocks for engineering teams
- Ensure realistic and reasonable commitments from a product perspective
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across different products
- Gather first-hand insights from customers and stakeholders
- Share actionable information with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales
- Report to the CEO in their CPO role
- Align with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing
- Support Engineering teams with product requirements
- Plan features and map out delivery with Product Lead Engineers and Principal Engineer
- Ensure product teams deliver on time and as promised
- Address and mitigate friction in the build cycle
- Provide leadership with full transparency on expected deliveries
- Supply adjacent functions with relevant product information
- Use feedback from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape prioritization
- Establish a framework for repeatable and predictable delivery
- Illustrate the impact of built and shipped products through KPIs
- Enable key product improvements with data-driven insights
- Work with the CPO to turn product requirements into epics
- Explain the background of initiatives to the engineering teams and organization
- Break down epics into milestones, releases, and increments
- Guide engineering teams towards expected results
- Collect requirements and data from stakeholders and customers
- Spot and resolve issues early during the build phase
- Step in to correct off-track execution
- Support teams with capacity planning for predictable timelines
- Optimize a framework for cross-functional collaboration and delivery
- Own the detailed initiatives roadmap
- Define, collect, and present KPIs to illustrate impact and success
- Interview customers and participate in customer calls
