- Degree in numerate or technical discipline
- Experience with analytics platforms or data-heavy products
- Experience with AI/ML solutions in SaaS product
- Familiarity with privacy, compliance, EU regulatory environments
- Experience in innovation-focused or exploratory product teams
- Proficiency in AI-accelerated product development techniques
Aufgaben
- Shape and validate new product capabilities
- Work closely with CTO, CPO, and Product Manager
- Combine strategic direction with customer insights
- Explore and develop product opportunities
- Drive product delivery from idea to impact
- Translate strategic ideas into clear opportunities
- Lead discovery efforts with customer and data insights
- Create lean product briefs and user flows
- Collaborate with Engineering Manager and engineers
- Manage the team’s backlog effectively
- Prioritize work aligned with strategic direction
- Define and scope work for development
- Groom and refine the backlog continuously
- Drive delivery of early-stage experiments
- Develop MVPs and initial product releases
- Iterate on more developed features
- Break down complex ideas into iterative deliverables
- Make informed decisions on project direction
- Position successful initiatives for handoff
- Maintain momentum in ambiguous problem spaces
