- Experience using gPROMS/gWAP or Dynochem
- Experience building models using Python or MATLAB or another coding language
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and equipment
- Expertise in process design and process optimization
- Drive to learn and master new technologies
- Strong conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in German considered a plus
Aufgaben
- Provide process engineering input for scale-up and scale-down of drug product processes
- Establish and maintain user-friendly digital twin platforms
- Integrate engineering considerations into process design from the start
- Develop and expand internal scale-up/scale-down modeling platforms
- Collaborate with pharmacists, data scientists, and PAT experts
- Contribute engineering expertise to regulatory filings and design spaces
- Assess technological advancements in the market and implement improvements
- Mentor and guide project teams in process modeling
