- Lead and mentor flight software engineers
- Design and integrate spacecraft software
- Own the technical roadmap and architecture
- Manage interfaces across vehicle subsystems
- Enforce code quality and testing standards
- Develop in modern C++ and Python
- Oversee unit and hardware-in-the-loop testing
- Collaborate with GNC and propulsion teams
- Define requirements and resolve interface challenges
- Lead code reviews and software audits
- Conduct flight simulations and mission rehearsals
