- Shape the verification and validation ecosystem
- Manage SIL, HIL, and Monte Carlo campaigns
- Align software plans with program milestones
- Represent flight software in major program reviews
- Lead certification discussions with NASA and stakeholders
- Coach team leads and grow senior engineers
- Establish engineering standards and ownership culture
- Contribute directly to flight software code and tests
- Implement efficient software development processes
- Ensure software meets safety and reliability requirements
- Evaluate and incorporate new spacecraft technologies
