- Govern design decisions.

- Ensure technology choices support long-term value.

- Design target architectures.
- Plan architectural transitions.
- Create decommissioning strategies.
- Support adoption and sustainability via change frameworks.
- Assess and advance pre-sales architectural intent.
- Provide architectural leadership across the transformation lifecycle.
- Guide platform adoption and evolution.
- Create a managed transition plan with sequencing and risk controls.
- Formulate industry-specific architectural perspectives.
- Translate perspectives into target architecture and reference models.
- Create phased implementation plans.
- Foster executive trust in architectural direction.
- Advise senior business and technology collaborators strategically.
- Collaborate with sales teams on major initiatives.
- Coordinate architectural efforts among teams, experts, and partners.
- Ensure build integrity and alignment during execution.
- Integrate pre-sales lessons learned and reference architectures.
- Improve future pursuits and delivery outcomes.
