- Motivation to help define strategic challenges and opportunities
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)

- Manage capacity and demand planning
- Ensure project readiness and capacity reservations
- Prioritize and allocate capacity across planning phases
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, and external partners
- Develop project and portfolio planning
- Assess requirements using appropriate criteria
- Leverage historical data and scenarios for decision-making
- Handle risk management and reporting
- Identify and report planning changes early
- Enhance tools and processes for better visibility
