- Oversight of cross-functional initiatives, developing scalable solutions and creating durable performance gains
- Skillful handling of data and performance metrics, converting insights into guidance for senior leaders
- Clear, credible, and interpersonal communication, engaging effectively across functions, cultures, and leadership levels
- Fluent German (very good to near-fluent)
- Comfortable working in English
- Thriving in changing work settings, staying focused, organized, and cooperative
Aufgaben
- Shape connection between Supply Chain and Onshore Central Service
- Ensure alignment and effective decision-making across teams
- Oversee sustainable reductions in Onshore LPF
- Resolve Supply Chain root causes
- Mobilize cross-functional initiatives for measurable outcomes
- Manage resolution of complex escalations
- Bring together stakeholders to address systemic issues
- Represent Supply Chain at senior levels
- Facilitate monthly performance reviews
- Contribute strategically to Service Operational Business Reviews
- Provide clear performance insights
- Define and monitor key Supply Chain metrics
- Guide governance and priorities
- Embed Supply Chain perspectives in cross-functional forums
- Influence enterprise decisions
