Aufgaben
- Improve performance of assigned production processes
- Identify and analyze losses to drive corrective actions
- Apply structured problem-solving methods for process enhancement
- Lead implementation of process changes and equipment modifications
- Support industrialization and ramp-up of new production equipment
- Define technical requirements for tooling and equipment upgrades
- Translate process data into actionable insights
- Prepare and present structured analyses to leadership
- Contribute to a performance-driven and transparent production environment
- Develop and maintain work instructions and process standards
- Contribute to PFMEA and control plan development
- Ensure documentation reflects current conditions and supports audits
- Drive implementation of technical changes with production and maintenance
- Train operators to ensure sustainable process adoption
- Collaborate across functions for stable manufacturing solutions
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and traceability
- Support internal and external audits within your scope
- Promote safe work practices and ergonomic improvements
- Ensure changes follow plant safety and change management standards
